Style of building

Before I began building in UDK I needed reference pictures to go by. When doing an image search "1980s villa" I wasn't surprised when I came across a lot of pictures like this one....

Though, I was able to find this. A villa built in the early 80s. I liked the cleanliness of it, as well as the simplicity.
Though this was a great style, I wanted to produce something a bit more modern and much larger, due to the wealth of the owner. My building is inspired by the following pictures...

 So far, my building has turned out exactly as planned.
